My Holiday Rental - The fast & FREE way to rent your holiday home

These properties have been designed and equipped for comfort and convenience. The location provides many amenities with public transport close-by for others. It is mainly a beach and relaxation holiday but there are many land and sea excursions to liven up your stay, with lots of interesting things to see and do. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans and optional air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own shower room/WC. One bedroom provides a queen bed and the other has twins which can be made up as a king if required. There is a safe for your valuables. Demerara Cottage: The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee-maker and electric kettle, plus all the necessary utensils and crockery, so that cooking your own meals at home is easy. Dining is al fresco on the covered veranda, where you can watch humming birds and geckos going about their daily work, or enjoy the pretty lights around the pool. The lounge has a radio/CD player and cable television with DVD player, a telephone with internet access, relaxing seating, and to keep you cool, there are portable fans and/or ceiling fans throughout the apartment. All bedlinen are provided are laundered twice weekly by the maid, who will also do some light cleaning. You may use the washing machine by arrangement, for your personal laundry. Beach towels are also provided - one per person. For your convenience, there is an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer is provided in each of the bedrooms. There are also UK sockets in the apartment for hair tongs, etc. Cinnamon Cottage: Cinnamon Cottage is available for rent all year round. The lounge and the bedroom both have ceiling fans, as does the veranda, and there is also an efficient portable fan. AC is available in the bedroom at USD5 per night extra if required. Bedlinen and towels [including beach towels] are provided and laundered by the maid, who comes twice a week, and also does a little light cleaning. A hairdryer is available in the bedroom, and there is also a socket for UK appliances. Guests are respectfully requested to smoke outdoors only. Two comfortable sofas make the lounge a place to kick back and relax, and watch the cable television or a DVD, or just listen to music - a variety of DVDs and CDs are provided. There's also a telephone with internet access. The lounge opens onto the veranda where you can dine in comfort or read a book and have a drink, overlooking the pool, which is attractively lit at night. The bedroom has a four-poster bed and the bathroom, with a shower over the tub, vanity and WC is just next door. A pleasant and well equipped kitchen completes the indoor accommodation. Cinnamon and Demerara Cottages are attached but not interconnecting. All the bedrooms have AC as an optional extra to the regular price. Each unit has its own private garden and covered patio.
