The living area is bright and open plan with double doors opening out onto a large, south facing balcony with stunning mountain views. There is a sofa bed and separate seating area. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample workspace, dishwasher, washing machine, combination oven/microwave and ceramic hob. The apartment has a flatscreen TV, British Sky TV, Playstation 2 with games, DVD player with DVDs and CDs. Books and games for all ages. The apartment has been designed to cater for families and offers the use of a highchair, travel cot and baby bath if required. A guest book is provided which gives you information on the best places to visit, drink, dine, get ski hire etc. There is a private garage plus an additional parking space and also storage for skis. The garage provides great storage space for skis, bikes climbing gear etc.

Travelling from the Airport We can provide details of local taxis/private hire companies who are English speaking. The fares should be around 30 euros each way per person, based on a minimum of 4 passengers. This is the easiest way to get in and out of the airport. Alternatively it may be cheaper to hire the vehicle on the French side, however, please note that the car may not include a vignette (motorway tax disc) which may cost you an extra £20 if stopped by customs officials. Once you have hired your car, follow for France and you will then go through the border and once through, follow the A40 for Chamonix. You will come to your motorway exit about 40 minutes from leaving the airport. Full and concise directions will be provided to you before departure.
