The 'architect designed' apartment within the villa, offered for holiday rentals, is completely private, having its own entrance and terraces. A large beamed sitting/dining room opens onto a private terrace, with ancient olive trees and balcony. It is elegantly furnished with antiques. A large archway opens onto a fully-fitted kitchen with every mod-con and decorated with hand-painted provencal tiles. This also opens onto a lovely private terrace where one can dine under the ancient olive trees.
A peaceful location with many lovely walks, a fascinating village with all amenities, yet only a 20 min drive from all the nightlife and beaches, golf, tennis, fishing, and cycling. An excellent centre for viewing the exciting Cote D'Azur, but without the crowds!

We have a private, secure parking area within the electric gates of the villa. The built-in BBQ bar, and pizza oven are available for your use, plus the poolside furniture. You are welcome to pick the fruit from the gardens which extend for 2500 m. There is also an outdoor bar. The lovely private terrace next to the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs, plus loungers for romantic outdoor dining under the ancient olive tree. n.b We protect your children with a pool alarm. We have lots of toys for the children and facilities for babies plus a children's paddling pool. The swimming pool and villa is open all the year round.

Families are welcome, but unfortunately, pets, no, as we have two lovely cats. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balconies or terraces as we have smoke alarms inside the apartment. Refundable security deposit required. (subject to no damage) Deposit non refundable. (travel insurance recommended)

Fly into Nice using a budget airline such as Easy Jet, hire a car over the internet (far cheaper)first check out my website to find the cheapest rates, then drive along the R202 heading north, direction Dignes. Cross the bridge at La Manda, and take directions Gattieres. The villa is located on the Route du St. Laurent, 650 metres from the village.
