You can enjoy fantastic scenic beaches and the spectacular seascapes of the Silver Coast . Just a few minutes drive you will find a quiet beautiful sandy cove with a highly recommended local fish restaurant where you can relax unwind whilst watching rolling waves and a magnificent sunset over the Atlantic. There are also lots of water activities from kayaking, sailing - to extreme kite and wind surfing on the Lagoon. For those interested in horse riding at every level there are some well established riding schools. Local vineyards offer wine tasting (wine is surprisingly good and affordable) within the area. The nice place nearby is Loridos vineyard, with a beautiful garden and shop.
