The villa is situated on a higher level and the views from the sunroof terrace are breathtaking. The pool and jacuzzi take up most of the garden area, the pool is an amazing sized swimming pool. There is a covered bbq area with lighting. The terraces have patio furniture. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first level and large bedroom with bed settee, and en suite on the top level. The top level has its own large terrace with furniture - patio doors leading from the bedroom, providing amazing views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The living room covers a large area with large comfortable seating and sat tv. All appliances and utensils are provided for a self catering holiday.

A 25% deposit is required on confirmation of a booking. A £100.00 refundable deposit is required for the upper level and also the lower level. Balance of rental amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival unless agreed otherwise. This villa can also be rented as a 2 bed 2 bath with the top bedroom and ensuite being closed off, at reduced rates. OUT OF HIGH SEASON ONLY IE JAN - MAY AND OCT - DEC DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR JUNE, PLEASE ENQUIRE Service charge - cleaning on departure 75.00 euro is payable on arrival.
