Our Luxury Apartment is fully furnished with airconditioning / heating to all rooms. The complex boasts 2 Large Pools & 2 smaller Children’s Pools, Children’s play areas Tennis & Paddle Tennis courts, Gymnasium, Turkish baths, Jacuzzi and a pool side Bar for drinks, snacks and Tapas. The Mediterranean beaches are only 250m away. The whole complex is shrouded by a security fence with underground parking and a lift to the front door from all levels with ramps for wheelchair and pram excess. Almerimar centre is a relaxing walk along the tree lined promenade which is dotted with bars or a short 5 mins drive to the picturesque marina, here you will find a large variety of Bars, Restaurants and shops. Surrounding the harbor there are two glorious blue flag beaches some 3.5Km in length. For those wanting a bit more excitement there is a wide range of aquatic sports Sailing, Windsurfing, Fishing, Scuba diving and a 27 hole golf course originally designed by Gary Player

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts available on long lets and 10% discount on Holidays booked 4 months in advance. Please Ring or E-mail for prices. Changeover days are normally Friday or Saturdays with arrivals after 1500 hrs and departures by 1200hrs. Other days would be possible but would depend on previous bookings. The air-conditioning can also be used for heating on cooler winter days. Clothes dryers and hairdryers are supplied and mirrors are in all Bath & Bedrooms. Extra apartments on the complex of the same quality are available should more than one family wish to stay. Please ring or E-mail for availability. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 20% this is none refundable. The balance is required 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage bond of £50 is required with final payment. This is refunded in full subject to satisfactory inspection of apartment. Clients will be met by a member of the local management company on day of arrival close to Almerimar and escorted to Laguna Beach where information and keys will be given. On the day of departure the keys will be collected at a pre arranged time

Travelling

Almerimar is about 45min drive from Almeria Airport and is served by many Airlines with daily flights from most larger UK airports. Usually the best deals can be found on the internet with Easyjet or Ryannair. Car hire is recommended and there are good deals to be had at the Airport, again check the internet for prices and availability. Malaga and Murcia Airports are about 2 hours away.
