It comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms - main bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom with separate shower, TV, safe and hairdryer. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bath, basin and toilet en-suite. The third bedroom has a double bed and a shower, basin and toilet en-suite. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboards and have a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The open plan lounge and dining room are air conditioned (heating and cooling) The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and tumble-dryer. Plenty of crockery and cutlery is provided. The house has its own plunge pool and small garden with a mountain and vineyard outlook, and outdoor furniture and a Weber barbecue are provided. Twice weekly service is included. Satellite TV, DVD,Wireless Broadband Internet Access(extra charge) & phone. We regret the property is not suitable for small children. We kindly ask smokers to smoke only outside the house. Highspeed wireless Internet access is available at an additional charge. 5 Erin Oaks is proud to have received a 4-Star grading in the self-catering category by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. Our Letting agents have an office on site and are available (during normal office hours) to assist you with any queries you many have. The Owner is available via phone at any time.

The main ensuite bathroom has a bath, basin, toilet and separate shower. Heated towel rail for winter. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with hand shower, toilet and basin. The 3rd ensuite has a shower, basin and toilet. (no bath). Toiletries from the luxury 'Karoo Lavender' range, (Proudly produced in S Africa!) are provided for your pleasure.
