Rates will be changed from time to time as they are based on currency exchange rate ZAR/Euro. The rate of accommodation already booked will not change - the rate agreed at the time of booking is the rate paid. Rates based on 6 persons sharing. Discounts available for lesser number of guests. A 50% deposit is payable to confirm a reservation. The balance on high season bookings is due one month ahead of arrival (or on booking if less than one month before occupation). International bank transfers should be made in South African Rand (we reserve the right to recover any costs levied to our account).

Nearest Airport: Cape Town International at 35 Kilometres, Nearest Train: Fish Hoek at 2 Kilometres, Nearest Motorway: M3 at 10 Kilometres, Nearest Beach: Clovelly Beach at 1 Kilometres, Nearest Barpub: Polana Bar and Harbour House Lounge, plus Brass Bell in Kalk Bay at 2 Kilometres, Nearest Golf: Clovelly at 1 Kilometres. Nearest Restaurant: Olympia Cafe, Theresas and Harbour House, Kalk Bay at 2 Kilometres. Car: recommended. Travel and Distances: The Winelands, Cape Point, Waterfront, Robben Island, Boulders penguins, Chapman’s Peak, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are a short drive. If you're fit you can walk to the famous restaurants and bars of trendy Kalk Bay fishing village and to beaches of white sand and calm tidal pools. The nearest beach is just 10-15 mins (about 1km). Horse-riding, hiking, surfing, whale-watching, shark-diving, fishing, diving and outstanding scenic drives are nearby. Clovelly golf course is just next door - Simon's Town, Westlake and Steenberg are 10 mins drive. Cape Town International Airport is a 30-40 minute drive. Shuttles can be arranged. While most guests hire a car for their stay in Cape Town, the trains run during the day and Fish Hoek is on the city's southern line. The train takes a leisurely 45 min to the central station. From there a fan walk will take people to the World Cup Soccer stadium. You can also walk to the Waterfront or get local taxis to Table Mountain.
