Our holiday home is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard and includes everything you should need for a compfortable holiday. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) with a spacious living/dining room area. This is an exclusive and quiet location with a 15 minute walk to the blue-flag sandy beach and the charming marina with its yacht club, bars and restaurants, alternatively, a short 2 minute drive to the marina and golf course. Almerimar is the perfect holiday location for families, friends wanting to relax and great for golfers with many local courses. Almerimar is a beautiful resort built around the original harbour and flanked on both sides by natural parks and unspoilt beaches. The town is maintained to the highest of standards, roads are lined with palm trees and flora. Almerimar is bursting with local pride and during the summer months the whole town indulge in fairs and family entertainment such as, Medieval festivals and beach parties and offer a warm welcome for all to join in. With berths for over 1000 yachts, Almerimar marina is one of the largest on the southern coast of Spain. The beaches either side of the marina are kept clean and tidy and the swimming is great! In the summer months, those who fancy a trip around the bay can usually find a suitable vessel to take them and those who prefer to stay on dry land will find that there is plenty to enjoy within the confines of the marina, with bars, restaurants, shops, and salons.

Booking of the house is only secured via a 20% deposit (minimum £100) and the balance due no later than 10 weeks prior to your stay. We also require a £100 security deposit which is refunded by us after your stay so it is vital that our representitive meets you to check the poperty when you depart. Almeria Airport is approx 30 km from Almerimar. Whilst taxi's to and from the airport are available car hire is essential for getting around and for your shopping needs. BMI Baby, Monarch, Easy Jet, Ryan Air and Air Berlin all fly to Almeria from various UK/European airports. Alternatively you could fly to Granada or Malaga airport, both are no more than a 2 hour drive to Almerimar. We would also recommend that you visit the "Gran Plaza Centre" in Roquetas De Mar 20 km.
